However, the unit is out of tolerance and failed its previous inspection.
The display screen is in good working condition.  All buttons and switches are in good condition and
respond to menu selections.
All connection points are clean and in good condition.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of some discoloring (see photos).
