  • Condition: Engine appears to be in good condition but is gummed up. I am not familiar with Diesel engines so I have not tried to turn the prop shaft. This engine has not been run since 2008 (when my Dad passed). It did not have a nut on the prop shaft. I assume, prop nuts are available.

    Description

    Zeus .49 diesel model airplane engine.  This engine needs lubrication or cleaning. I have not turned the crank shaft.  I do not know what unit measure the .49 on the crankcase is.  It appears to be about the size of an .09 cubic inch engine.  This engine is 1 3/4” front to back and 2 1/2” top to bottom (including the compression valve).  Please message me for answers to specific questions.  Thanks for looking!
