You are bidding on a
Vintage Chrome Luggage Rack Carrier with Backrest Sissy Bar 1977-79 Suzuki GS750.  Pre-owned, low usage, just out of long storage.  I got this rack assembly with a 1977 Suzuki GS750 several years ago.  Will fit 1977 thru 1979 GS750 and GS750E, should also fit GS850 and GS1000 models, but not 100% sure.  Distance from front to rear mounting holes is approximately 14.5 inches.  Is in very nice condition, chrome looks very good, especially considering this item is 40+ years old.  Backrest vinyl cover has small tear at very top (not very noticeable, see pic).  Nice enough that it won't look out of place on a restored machine.
