Under the new Postmaster General the USPS has been devastated.
Overtime is eliminated, mail that can’t be delivered by a certain time has to be brought back, and facilities are scaled down. This reduction in service is occurring as more and more Americans are turning to online shopping because of the pandemic. Moreover, postal facilities themselves have been hit by work stoppages from the virus. Any estimated delivery date given by Ebay does not reflect the current realities of what has and is continuing to happen to the USPS. My experience with Ebay customer support as both a seller and a buyer through a challenging time has been inconsistent at best. Every delivery is running late, every delivery. An item may take weeks to be received. I have no control over what the USPS does with a package once I hand it off to them, and I will have no further information regarding shipping status than you, even if I go to any post office and ask for help.
I apologize in advance for any issue arising from a delayed delivery, but I ask that you understand what has happened to the USPS and be cognizant of the struggles they’re now facing. If you need this item(s) to be delivered to you in a timely manner please understand that may not happen and judge making a purchase accordingly.
Offered for Sale is this 1980'S Vintage Sears Craftsman / Chamberlain NINE THREE-POSITION DIPSWITCH Garage Door Operator Logic Board, TESTED, in GUC. Please read the above for the item's description & condition. This board can be used in ANY Chamberlain product: Chamberlain, Sears Craftsman, Liftmaster, Tru-Value that also uses DIPSWITCHES (for code setting), that is pre-photo eyes, and has the older ONE-PIECE board, NOT the newer two-piece board.  If your current board has an integral light socket you'll lose that feature with this board. You'll have to reuse your old plastic mounting plate if applicable.
THIS BOARD HAS NINE THREE POSITION DIPSWITCHES. Any remote with 8 or 9 dipswitches can be used with this board - you have to set every dipswitch beyond your remote's dipswitches to the center, or "0", setting on this board. If you have vintage Sears Craftsman accessory photo eyes that require a "YEL" yellow screw terminal your photo eyes will NOT work with this board.
If you need this board to repair an operator, or want a spare board to keep on hand, then don't wait on this one - buy.
A NOTE ABOUT OFFERED BOARDS: Every board offered for sale here has been tested while installed on the motor head. When applicable photo eyes, external receivers, and wall controls are connected to the operator, and the operator is tested for length of light bulb illumination, transmitter range or functionality of an external receiver connected, functionality of a wall control, and carriage travel - I am an overhead door company by trade, in business for over thirty years. I am not at your home diagnosing issues with your garage door operator. If you purchase this board I assume you KNOW you need a board, that your garage door works properly, that the electrical hook-up is sound, and that you know how to repair your operator.

I won't entertain any claims of offered boards being "defective", because they're not being offered for sale as such, and every board is thoroughly tested for proper and applicable functionality.

Seller reserves the right to change the shipping method if the shipping method offered is incorrect and/or not possible because of size limitations.
Parcel Post and Media Mail delivery take longer than Priority Mail, and International delivery may take longer due to customs.
Seller is not responsible for the length of delivery time, nor is the seller responsible for the customs practices of other countries.
Seller may provide a delivery confirmation and/or customs document number; it is the buyer’s responsibility to retain this number for reference. If you do not understand this, or cannot wait for an item, then please consider an item offered by another seller.
An item will ONLY be shipped to a verified address; requests for shipping to a non-verified address may be denied. If you are MOVING, or anticipate a change of address, please do NOT make a purchase until you have a secure, VERIFIED address.

Any claim of damage MUST be accompanied by clear photos of the mailing container and the claimed damage.
The seller cannot foresee or control damage caused by any mishandling of the item by a delivery service or damage caused as a result of where a shipped item was left at, be it the buyer’s home address, place of work, or a stop used by the delivery company. Any such damage is the result of negligence by the shipper and is not represented in the accurate description of the sold item; such damage is OUTSIDE the accurate description of the sold item.
As the United States Postal Services constantly changes the methods of shipping with subsequent changes in shipping rates, every attempt is made to price shipping charges fairly.
I DO NOT SHIP “PARCEL SELECT”. If any shipping charge paid exceeds the amount charged by more than the handling fee added to every item, then any “overcharge” MAY be refunded back to the buyer through their Paypal account.
ANY oversized item may be subject to a “balloon” charge (dimensional NOT actual weight), and the shipping charge will be adjusted upwards accordingly. Please see the USPS website for what constitutes standard and non-standard shipping dimensions.
