Top rack is new with blemishes. There are some cosmetic manufacturing errors, scuffs, scratches, dings and small areas that were missed during powder coating (see pictures for details). Fully functional, no cracks, no defects. Rack in pictures is what you will receive. Pictures show the most significant marks but may not show every blemish.
The Tusk Top Rack is perfect for all your adventure motorcycling needs.  If you have a Dual Sport Motorcycle and need to haul a little extra gear, but don’t require a Pannier Rack system, the Tusk Top Rack is what you are looking for.  The Top Rack’s cargo plate is built from laser-cut, light-weight aluminum.  Support brackets are also laser cut and made from either aluminum or steel, based on each application.  The cargo plate and any support bracketry come powder-coated for durability and good looks.  Tusk Top Racks feature multiple mounting points and strap slots, which allow for securing virtually any small load.  When you are ready for adventure motorcycle riding, Tusk is ready to make it easier and more enjoyable!
The Tusk Top Rack features plenty of ways to tie-down your load and comes pre-drilled with multiple holes for mounting the top-box of your choice.
