Returns

We will issue a product refund when the return is received in brand new condition, and in original packaging.
Returns that are received after the defined return date, without original packaging, or in a condition other than brand new may either be rejected, or we will charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the total value.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for return shipping, and you will receive a full refund when the return is received.
