According to TNF, large size fits torsos 20-23". Very supportive and well-designed
Moderately used and in excellent condition.  The only issue is a torn webbing side pocket (see pic).  Otherwise there are no rips, tears or damage.  Zippers and buckles are all good.  Overall great shape.
