    You are looking at an antique vintage silversmith punch doming tool 1 3/4" inches long.  One punch gives a nice concave dome.  This tool is a heavy duty item and is completely handmade by Navajo silversmiths.  It can be used by hand or with a hammer typically in a female shape on the top of a standing tree stump, rubber or lead for shaping, forming gold, silver, copper or brass sheet and designs into a desired shape.
