Minimum store shipping charges are included in the basic price. On lighter goods the final delivery is by the United States Postal Service. Packages over 1 pound are normally shipped by FedEx Ground or Home, but we may ship by our choice or a combination of USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS. We service Delivery Addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, in our eBay store we are unable to ship to the following locations:

Returns
We will gladly accept a return of any item purchased from Hardware and Tools provided that:
You must contact us and return the products within 30-days and pre-pay return shipping
The item must be returned in the original packaging in new, re-sellable condition
All product manuals, accessories, etc are included
