The item is in

cosmetic and working condition.
Upon inspection of the device, I noticed significant scuffs and scratches on the body of the device.
There are significant scratches on the top, front, sides and bottom of the device (see pictures #6-12).
The carrying handle shows signs of rust.
There are rust spots in various places of the device.
Two of the rear feet have been broken off (see picture #8).
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There are minor scratches on the screens.
I was able to power on the device.
The display works as it should.
I was able to connect an in-house antenna to the BNC antenna port.
I was able to go up and down the frequencies with no issues.
I was able to tune into a FM station and get sound from the station.
I was able to test the internal speakers to be working.
I was able to test the built-in oscilloscope to be working.
I was able to display signal output from the Tone Out and Demod ports on a connected in-house oscilloscope.
I was able to test the tone generator knobs and switches to be working as I was able to adjust the tone output.
I was able to test the number pad to be working as I was able to input a station number.
I was able to adjust the Freq Error, Mode, Modulation and Meter knobs.
I was able to adjust the volume and squelch of the radio using the respective knobs.
I was able to adjust the Vert Pos, Int, Focus and Horiz Pos knobs.
I was able to adjust the waveform with the Vertical and Horizontal knobs.
I was able to test the Freq Error and the Modulation meters to be working.
The Scope/DVM port, Ext Mod/Sinad port, Duplex port, Aux Power and T/R port are untested.
Item may need to be calibrated.
The internal battery is nearly dead and should not be used to power on the device.
