Harley Detachable Luggage Rack

Used Harley Black Detachable Luggage Rack. One of the little feet is missing on one of the clips but in good condition other than that. Not sure what it fits or what it came off of. Came in a box of parts purchased. The luggage rack is 9” in length & 10” wide.
