The latest release from the Black Widow Performance department.  The Honda Fireblade was intended to be lightest Superbike in its class. We have followed this concept and made the lightest steel headers possible.
Our all new CBR929RR Fireblade race headers are a light weight 3.6 Kg / 7.9 lbs with no restriction. Original headers 5.6 Kg / 12.3 lbs.
Designed to give your Fireblade improved performance with a significant weight loss.
Pipework is 1mm thick stainless steel. Spring fit design for ease of assembly with reduced weight.
No modifications required for Fireblades on standard Honda settings, a race set up can be installed for greater performance.
Designed in 2018 we are the only exhaust manufacturer to apply 21st Century R&D to the CBR929 and 954.
Exhaust port gaskets included.
Exhaust port gaskets, and muffler hanging strap included.
Pipework Material: 304 Grade Stainless Steel.
Muffler Material: 3K Weave Carbon Fibre + 304 Grade Blue Painted Stainless Steel
Muffler Body Length excluding tips = 230mm
Muffler Body Diameeter = 84mm

Muffler Baffle / DB killer is removable.

8" to 12"; Our shortest and lightest silencers.  Designed for an aggressive sound (removable baffle)
12" to 15"; * Intermediate silencers for a higher sound level than OEM (removable baffle)
16"; * Slightly smaller and lighter than most OEM silencers / mufflers.  Designed to be slightly louder and less restrictive than the original (removable baffle).
*Road legal for the UK with the baffle in place.

Black Widow Exhausts Ltd aims to always provide high quality Goods that are free from damage or fault.  On occasion however, goods may need to be returned for an exchange or refund.  In the first instance we request that you contact us by email or telephone explaining the problem so that we can resolve any issues.
If you change your mind
UK and EU buyers are covered by the Distance Seller Regulations and are entitled to return any item within

of receipt of delivery providing that it has been unused and in a condition fit for resale.  Buyers are responsible for the return costs of the item.  Only goods that have been unused and returned in a saleable condition will be accepted for a refund.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our exhaust systems and off a warranty for a period of 2 years from date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer The Supplier will repair or at its option replace free of charge any component found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials,

This warranty does not cover any form of damage resulting from incorrect fitting, accident, neglect, misuse, application of over heating, use on track days, racing or competition, or use contrary to any instructions supplied by the Supplier.
This warranty shall apply only to the original Buyer and shall (insofar as the law may permit) be in lieu of all other warranties and conditions expressed or implied under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or any other Statute or at Common Law.
Please note due to the characteristics of stainless steel, discolouration / tarnishing may possibly occur and is not covered under the warranty.
Goods being returned under Warranty are to be sent for inspection, at the Buyers cost, to Black Widow Exhausts Ltd, Unit 8 High Barns, Roxton, Beds MK44 3ET.Complete with the original invoice and explanation of return.  Goods will then be assessed and the Buyer informed of the outcome. If it has been deemed by Black Widow Exhausts that the warranty claim is not valid the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs or can instruct Black Widow Exhausts to dispose of the goods.
