BLACKFIRE Paint Prep is a pre-coating prep spray designed to remove all polishing oils, synthetic fillers, light dust, and fingerprints from a surface before the application of a paint coating or last step product. BLACKFIRE Paint Prep is a simple spray and wipe, advanced formula that will not mar or scratch the surface during use. The key to a perfect paint coating application is the prep – and BLACKFIRE Paint Prep is just what you need!
Paint coatings have slowly taken over the detailing market as one of the most popular protection products you can buy. While they last a lot longer than a traditional carnauba paste wax or sealant, the prep time involved has turned some people off. But, why would you coat a car that isn’t already perfect!? This means removing swirls and scratches, before a treatment from a paint prep product – that’s where BLACKFIRE Paint Prep comes in.
In the simplest terms, BLACKFIRE Paint Prep will “strip” your vehicle’s paint of all gloss hindering contaminants before the application of a paint coating.
This includes light dust that may have accumulated after wipe your polish off, synthetic fillers used in your polish, oils left over from your polish or compound, and fingerprints left over from yourself. BLACKFIRE Paint Prep leaves a completely cleaned surface behind.
Once your paint has been fully cleaned and prepped, your paint is ready to receive a coating.
If you do not properly prep your paint before applying a paint coating, you inhibit the coating’s ability to properly bond to the paint, causing premature failure.

Directions for use:
Only apply to cool surfaces in the shade.
Spray a liberal amount of product directly onto the surface and wipe area using a clean, dry microfiber towel. Repeat for each panel until entire vehicle has been cleansed of polishing oils and fillers.

Orders received Monday through Friday by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) normally ship the same day. Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped we will send your tracking number to the email address provided.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, request a return through the eBay Return Center to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately for return/exchange information.
Autopia Car Care covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or Autopia Car Care error will not be provided with a pre-paid return label. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product".
Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.
Covercraft: Per Covercraft, we cannot accept returns on the following car cover fabrics: Form Fit, WeatherShield HP, WeatherShield HD, and Sunbrella. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned Covercraft items, including ready-fit car covers, Canine Covers, pet products, and Seat Gloves.
Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.
Garage Mats: Per the manufacturers, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned garage flooring/mats. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged on all returned Tornador Car Cleaning Tools.
Hot water extractors are non-returnable

Sales tax policy
Autopia Car Care collects sales tax in states where we have a physical presence or economic nexus. Many states are passing new laws which require the collection of sales tax for online orders. eBay may collect the sales tax directly for certain states under Marketplace Facilitator laws.
