is in good cosmetic condition
.  The unit powers on but fails the phase test.  From the manufacturer,
"
A fail message at the end of this test would indicate a fault in the processor counter or frequency generation circuitry."
Additionally, it is missing the voltage amp PCB.  The display screen is in good condition and illuminates as intended.  The power switch is in good working condition.  All buttons and connection points are clean and in good condition.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of a few minor areas of chipped paint (see photos).  Includes a 10403A Hand-Held Unit, 6 Meter Voltage Cable and Power Cord.
Since we
do not have the necessary equipment to conduct further testing on this system, it is being sold as-is with no returns.  Includes everything displayed in the photos and nothing else.
