    Functional Condition:
    The monitor has been tested and has the following issue:
    The system fails the AM depth portion of its internal self test but it passes everything else. The spectrum analyzer was tested with a signal generator at several frequency from 10MHz to 1 GHz and it displays a good quality peak frequency across the entire range. The receiver was able to pick up static from a local radio station but it was unable to pickup a clear signal due to being in an area with poor reception. The buttons and knobs are functional. The speaker outputs sound. The screen displays clearly.
    Cosmetic Condition:
    The monitor is in good cosmetic condition.
