    Functional Condition:
    The monitor has been tested and has the following issue:
    The monitor fails several sections of its internal self test as shown in the pictures. The spectrum analyzer was tested with a signal generator at several frequencies and it was unable to display a peak. The spectrum analyzer looks like what is pictured when there is no signal input and only moves upwards when a signal is input. The speaker outputs sound. The buttons and control knobs are functional. The screen displays clearly.
    Cosmetic Condition:
    The analyzer is in good cosmetic condition.
