This listing is for 18 rods of 5/32" diameter, 14" length Vulcan Systems 700-HF Hardfacing/Hardsurfacing electrodes.  Weight is approx 2 lbs.  What you see in the picture is what you get.  Below is the Manufacturer's Description:
Vulcan 700-HF is a hardfacing electrode which exhibits a stable arc and produces weld deposits that are very smooth and finely rippled. Can be used as a cap over a Vulcan 900-HF underlay for extended lifespan and wear resistance
    Typical Applications:
Used for severe abrasion applications such as screw conveyors, plowshares, cultivator shoes, bucket teeth and lips, well drilling bits, cement mixer blades, shovel tracks, and plowshares.
    Procedure:
Preheating is generally not required. Using the weaving technique and keeping a short arc, deposit up to 1/4" maximum. If more than two passes will be required, a padding layer of Vulcan Sunarc can be used prior to depositing 700-HF.
    Hardness:
    58 to 62 RC
