Description

This is the 1950 Cox Special .045 (O-Forty-Five) glow engine tether car
.  The 0-Forty-Five was the first engine ever built by Cox (a joint effort with Mel Anderson).
The original paint has wear (chips/dings) here and there (this has been played with).  The engine turns over smoothly with the rim with strong compression (the old rubber tire slips sometimes on the rim, but if you turn the rim itself the engine engages correctly).  Add this to your American tether car collection.  I will be listing a number of model engines this week, all at 99 cents and no reserve!  The shipping charges include free insurance and delivery tracking (USA only).  Thanks for looking!   California sales tax
